As with everywhere in this country, the ‘real’ Vietnam is to be found in unexpected places, such as a back street or turning down an unexpected alley, or talking in broken English to the old lady who sells Chinese scrolls. In hidden nooks and crannies are art galleries, cafes, gastronomic gems, ceramics for sale, shops filled with lanterns and, of course, the silk for which the town is famed. Very good itinerary for first time visitors to Vietnam. Initially I thought that the itinerary schedule was too tight and we would not have enough time to properly experience all the placec that we visited but it turned out that this was not case. The itinerary was well scheduled. We were very pleased. The cruise was very nice. We really enjoyed the experience. Would love to come back and do this cruise again. May be 2 nights in the future. Sapa Tour is a unique experience. It was interesting to meet the ethnic minority people. The guide was very good and helpful. Hoi An - good to know about Vietnam history. Hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the cooking class in Hoi An. I love the ancient town. Good for shopping
My wife and I had few days to book our trip to Vietnam. Anna Booking Office were very responsive. Anna our tour specialist was professional and responded quickly to our emails and even communicated with us thru Skype while customizing our trip to Vietnam. We told Jenny what we wanted to see and do and she made an amazing plan. She paid attention to every detail and came up with an Itinerary that covered everything we had asked for. The hotel, the tour guides and the schedules of our fields and city visits were nothing short from perfect. Thumbs up to Anna and also our tour guide in Hanoi named Lucy! Honestly, All of our private guides and drivers in the other cities were great, polite and professional. I would recommend Anna Booking Office to anyone wanting to visit Vietnam. The quality of hotels, cruise line and restaurants Jenny have selected for us were worth every penny.. we enjoyed our trip so much that we are thinking of revisiting again in the near future. We would definitely be using Anna Booking Office and Anna to guarantee us an amazing trip
We had a great trip through Vietnam, thanks to Anna Booking Office. Our liaison was Anna on Hanoi, who was extremely efficient. There are many reasons to use this travel company. They are very responsive. Every detail was immaculately arranged. Every pick up on time, all of the guides in each part of the country were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to listen to the clients thoughts and ideas. The company is willing to put together just about anything you want. If you want a few days to relax in the middle of a tour (recommended!!) just ask!
Ms Anna organised our holiday of 12 days in Vietnam. Everything went to plan. The usual stresses of finding our way to hotels all taken care of. The individual tours chosen were perfect and the best of their kind. Everything went according to plan. Unlike all other travel agents I have used in the past, Ms Anna stayed in touch over the tour, asking if there was anything she could do and if there were any problems - thanks to her meticulous organisation, there wasnt. Honestly I would highly recommend Ms Anna and Anna Booking Office
